Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:


All product is shipped UPS or USPS at our discretion. All of our merchandise is available for shipping unless noted otherwise.

We ship to All 50 States and U.S. Territories.

Most Orders are shipped within 2 Business days after a cleared payment is received, Monday to Friday.

We DO NOT ship to International Locations or on Saturday, Sunday or during Federal, State or Local Holidays.



RETURN POLICY:


All Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the date it was received.

Misused, Return Shipping Damaged Items or Used Items will not be accepted for return.

All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging and properly packed to prevent damage.

For defective products the customer will be responsible for shipping to us and we in turn will pay shipping costs to return the replacement. Please email prior requesting return of a product.

Defective returns must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of miss use.

Any NON-Defective items must be returned within 15 days of the date of invoice, and are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee and customer will assume shipping costs.

NON-Defective items that are returned must be sent in their original packaging unopened and in unused condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If a returned item is found to be defective we will reimburse normal ground shipping in the USA only.
